Southampton Football Club

Saints Academy is the youth organisation run by Southampton Football Club, a Premier League team, and was established to encourage and develop young footballers in the South of England.  

Anna Springett has provided leadership development coaching to Saints Academy since 2016 to support coaches and leaders with their professional development as the Academy seeks to continually leverage its leadership potential.  

The club’s Academy Director: “Anna has supported me personally on the Premier Leage Elite Academy Managers programme through a series of mentoring sessions.  These have proven to be extremely valuable and helped me to really reflect and think deeply into my personal goals, the way I operate and the challenges of my very diverse role.
