Haydn
Haydn manages invoicing and finance for the business, as well as providing us with IT support. He is a keen road cyclist, highly involved parent, and DIY enthusiast, as well as working part-time for www.sfkconsulting.co.uk as a structural engineer; basically, he’s an expert juggler who manages to keep life balanced somehow!
Sara
Sara provides project and administrative support to the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She does this through her own business, The Contemporary PA (Hampshire), through which she offers executive personal assistant services. In her personal time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, eating out and walking her puppy.

Saints Academy is the youth organisation run by Southampton Football Club, a Premier League team, and was established to encourage and develop young footballers in the South of England.
Anna Springett has provided leadership development coaching to Saints Academy since 2016 to support coaches and leaders with their professional development as the Academy seeks to continually leverage its leadership potential.
The club's Academy Director: “Anna has supported me personally on the Premier League Elite Academy Managers programme through a series of mentoring sessions. NCT Leather is part of a Group of leading leather manufacturers who recognised the need to develop leadership potential for the future.
There were 32 participants on the one-to-one leadership development programme designed and run by Anna Springett Consulting, which ran from 2017 to 2020, incorporating a deep dive assessment feeding into individualised leadership coaching. Participants reported an average performance uplift of 32% across their coaching outcome areas, commenting: 'The coaching helped me to reach conclusions for myself which had much more impact', and 'I received short term, medium term and long term benefit'. Kevin finished his programme journey in early 2018 saying 'I want to further my career by using the skills I have learned, and continue to think more strategically to achieve my ambitions'. Kevin emailed in 2020 to say 'Thank you for all the help and guidance you gave me in our sessions... With your guidance, I got the opportunity of a career advancement role. You gave me the confidence to go for it... and the role is going really well' (Kevin Jamieson, Quality & Operational Excellence Manger, NCT Leather).
OVO is one of the UK's largest independent energy suppliers, and was the first energy company to be named 'Which? Recommended Provider' in 2015, and listed as the fastest growing company in the South West by the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 in 2014.
At the time of this programme, OVO Team Leaders were the largest leadership population across the organisation, with the greatest exposure to the customer-facing population. OVO wanted to invest in their development and enable succession planning across the company. In 2015, Anna was invited to be a member of the team to deliver the first development programme aimed specifically at this population.
The intervention involved in-depth assessment through psychometrics and holistic interview, with bespoke reports, in-depth feedback, and coaching offered to each individual on the programme. The programme was then rolled out to include Operations Managers in 2016. Spontaneous emails from individual candidates following the programme included the following comments: "I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for all your help and advice during our sessions!", " I cannot express how much I appreciated our talks. I have already started working on my areas of development."
Kim Atherton, Chief People Officer at OVO, also shared the following comments: "The feedback so far from candidates has been universally positive, and we have already had our first talent decision as a result of your work”.

First Community Health and Care is a community healthcare provider and part of the NHS family. They deliver community healthcare services in east Surrey and West Sussex and been rated as Outstanding by CQC.
In partnership with the CEO, Anna Springett Consulting designed a leadership and culture change programme which was piloted in 2018, to enable collaborative system leadership during times of change and uncertainty. The programme continued successfully into 2020, with in-depth evaluation revealing a significant shift in leadership mindset across all participant groups who had finished the programme. When Covid19 led to restrictions in face-to-face delivery, the sixth programme was temporarily paused, and participants from all six groups were offered bi-weekly virtual reflective spaces facilitated by Anna to support them during the challenging pandemic situation.
After the initial 8-week period had passed, comments such as ‘I am not ready for these sessions to end’ and ‘I cannot tell you how much it has helped me’ led to further support being offered as First Community, along with the country as a whole, started to emerge from Lockdown. Anna Springett Consulting continues to work in partnership with First Community to deliver leadership development support to its frontline clinicians, leadership teams, and support staff.
